SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF GSM LIFT INTERCOM SYSTEM

Overview

This tender is for the supply, delivery and installation of a GSM lift intercom system. Suitable bidders are firms with CIDB Specialist Works (SI) grade 1 or higher, who are registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and able to meet BBBEE, tax/King compliance and standard procurement prerequisites. The system must include a lithium battery and prepaid SIM loaded with R250, dial a designated number and send an SMS to a designated cell number.

Requirements

• CIDB Specialist Works (SI) 1+.
• Signed, dated reference letter on official letterhead for similar projects.
• Original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or compliant sworn affidavit, and other MBD documents.
• Must be not in the service of the state and not blacklisted.
• Returnable documents (PDF on letterhead): MBD forms, CSD supplier number, lease or municipal statement not older than 3 months, and completed BOQ/spec (where applicable).
• Pricing on the MBD 3.1 schedule with firm prices; include all taxes.
