SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL FOR DUNCAN VILLAGE COMMUNITY TOURISM ORGANISATION

Supply, delivery and installation of marketing and promotional materials for Duncan Village Community Tourism Organisation. Service providers with capabilities in design, branding, printing, signage fabrication, exhibition materials, and promotional video production should consider bidding. The BCMDA RFQ requires hard-copy submissions, CSD registration, and completion of MBD forms with declared preferences. Proposals must meet mandatory compliance criteria, including proof of past marketing material delivery (min 2 references totalling at least R100k), and evidence that municipal accounts are not in arrears for bidder and directors. Prices must be VAT inclusive and quotes are evaluated on an 80/20 price-goal split, with a 90-day validity. The contract includes six components (signboards, deluxe gazebos, telescopic banners, backdrop banners, a marketing video, and 64G USB drives) and a 6-week delivery timeframe from inception. Final artwork must be approved in writing before production; a warranty is required.
