• Warranty: minimum 2-year warranty on blinds; site safety, PPE, and waste removal requirements.
• Pricing: submit on official pricing schedule; prices inclusive of VAT and all costs; 80/20 evaluation (80% price, 20% preferences: 10 for BBBEE, 10 for local supplier).
