Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture for Free State Province

Overview

The Electoral Commission invites bids for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture for the Free State Province. Open to bidders registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliant, with B-BBEE documentation; mandatory briefing; and capable of delivering and installing office furniture within the 50M ZAR budget. Closing date: 26 November 2026; briefing: 13 November 2026 (mandatory) at 50 Monument Road, Uitsig, Bloemfontein.

Requirements

• Register on the CSD and be tax compliant; provide CSD/tax evidence
• Provide B-BBEE status level certificate or affidavit as applicable
• Complete all compulsory tender forms (pages 2–58) in original ink; pricing schedules fully filled; no photocopied signatures
• Comply with Electoral Commission SCM policies and tender conditions
• Ensure delivery and on-site installation within specified terms; invoicing VAT-compliant; SLA/contract to follow for successful bidder
• Adhere to local-content and exemption processes if applicable (Annex C–E guidance may apply)
