Overview

Supply, delivery and installation of playpark equipment to Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2027. Bidders should be competent service providers with proven experience in manufacturing and installing steel playpark equipment, including swing sets, jungle gyms and related structures; minimum 5 years’ experience, SABS approval, and ability to supply complete installation, testing and a completion certificate.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/installation of steel play-park equipment; equipment must be SABS approved; 24-month warranty.
• Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a CSD number or provide SARS Tax Clearance/TCS PIN; include original B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Complete and submit all MBD forms and pricing schedules; prices must be VAT inclusive and fixed.
• Provide three reference letters for similar projects; provide contact details.
• Compliance with PPPFA 80/20 (or 90/10 for large values) preference points; local municipality locality, BBBEE, and Bergrivier jurisdiction points apply.
• Acceptable to deliver, install and hand over with a completion certificate (COC) before payment; adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act; site preparation and waste removal included.
