Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery and installation of symbolic signs for Ingquza Hill Local Municipality (IHLM). The contract covers signage across IHLM premises (e.g., DLTS/VTS, Lusikisiki and Flagstaff offices, Town Hall) and requires bidders with signage supply, installation and project capability, plus familiarity with local procurement rules and B-BBEE.

Requirements

• Valid CSD registration proof and SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) and tax clearance (MBD1-9; MBD2).
• Local content: 100% local content where applicable; signed Local Content Annexes C, D & E (SATS 1286:2011).
• Completed and signed MBD1-9 documents; MBD3 pricing schedule; MBD4 Declaration of Interest; MBD6 Preference Points; MBD7 Contract form; MBD9 Independent Bid Determination.
• Proof that no undisputed municipal accounts are overdue by more than 30 days.
• Bids must be submitted on official forms; adhere to the SCM and Abuse policies; bid validity 90 days.

• Submission deadline: 08 September 2026 at 12:00 (sealed, in the IHLM tender box). Site meetings/briefings, if compulsory, will be reflected in adverts.
• Submission method: hand delivery to 135 Main Street, Flagstaff (Municipal Reception), IHLM/51/2026-27/ADMIN.
• Documents to submit (from attached BID DOCUMENT): MBD1-9, Pricing Schedule (MBD3), Tax Clearance (MBD2), Local Content Declarations (Annex C–E), Declaration of Interest (MBD4), PBB/SCM compliance (MBD9), and Contract Form (MBD7).
