Supply, delivery and installation of wall mounted reagent shelving and lab cabinets for RQIS Roodeplaat. Open Tender issued by the Department of Water and Sanitation. Bidders must be registered to do business with DWS and be tax/compliant with SA supplier registration requirements.

Requirements

• Bidder must be eligible (registered with DWS and SA tax/supplier registration compliant).
• Submit on official forms and complete mandatory documents (SBD4 Bidder’s Disclosure; SBD7 contract form).
• Tax-compliance: provide SARS PIN and/or Tax Clearance; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS certificates for joint ventures/consortia.
• Provide at least 2 ISO/IEC17025 SANAS-accredited letters if applicable; HDI/equity claims must follow Annexure 1 rules; B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit.
• The GCC/SCC terms apply; late bids are not considered and signing/authority proofs are required.
