Supply, delivery and maintenance of an integrated financial management system and internal controls (mscoa) contract for a period of three (03) years. Targets bidders with experience in government financial systems, system integration, MSCOA implementations, disaster recovery, training and skills transfer, plus relevant certifications and OEM accreditation.

Requirements

• Evaluation criteria for mscoa bid include: company work experience in government financial system-related projects; comprehensive business proposal, project methodology, training plan and skills transfer plan; detailed project methodology; demonstration of key personnel capabilities; disaster recovery, system integration and interface expertise; training and skills transfer provisions; OEM accreditation and system reporting/compliance capabilities.
• Mandatory prerequisites: registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and valid tax clearance.
• Non-refundable bid fee: R1,050.00.
• Bid submission: sealed bids placed in the tender box at Kagisano-Molopo Local Municipality, Ganyesa offices.
