Requirements

• Be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider; joint ventures require each party to be registered.
• Register on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database (PR/MAAA numbers) and use ESP/JDE for electronic submission.
• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Declarations: Municipal Fees, Occupational Health and Safety, MBD4, MBD6.1 (Preference), MBD8, MBD9, plus the Official Tender Form and Authority of Signatory.
• Produce item-specific documentation for each returnable document, including MSDS, SABS/SANS certification, and health/safety schedules for Item 1 and Item 2. Packaging, labeling and shelf-life details must meet specifications.
• Samples may be requested (tenderer bears all costs).
• Delivery commitments: initial order within 4 weeks; subsequent orders within 2 weeks (Item 1 and 2 conditions) to 11 Electron Road, Springfield.
• Price must be in Rand; unit prices for each item; VAT handling clearly described; prices held for contract duration.

How to Apply
