Overview

Supply, delivery and off-loading of chlorine granules for the City of Mbombela. This is a RFP/RFQ process open to chemical suppliers with delivery capability and hazardous-material handling licenses. Bidders should have the necessary tax/compliance status, B-BBEE credentials, CSD registration, and fleet capacity to transport chlorine safely. Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or proof; CSD number if no TCS.
• Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report (not a summary) not older than 30 days.
• Valid company registration and proof of directors’ identities.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for B-BBEE points.
• Proof of municipal rates and taxes clearance for the company and all active directors (or lease proof where applicable) and director residence details.
• Data sheet/specifications for chlorine granules; high-resolution product image; proof of fleet ownership and licenses for transporting hazardous chemicals.
