Overview

Supply, delivery and off-loading of galvanised water fittings for the City of Mbombela. Requirements

• Firm pricing using the Pricing Schedule; prices inclusive of VAT.
• Tax compliance: valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or SARS proof; if foreign, complete Part B3 and provide CSD/PIN if applicable.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): full report not older than 30 days; must reflect correct company/director details.
• Company and director municipal rates/taxes compliance; matching addresses to CSD/CIPC; where leased, include lease/rates evidence.
• B-BBEE: certified verification certificate or sworn affidavit to claim B-BBEE points.
• Compulsory documentation: valid company registration, IDs of directors, proof of registration, and CVs/qualifications for key personnel (certified copies not older than 3 months).
• Returnable documents: complete in black ink, no erasures; compliance with general and special conditions; no bid defaulter status.
• Adjudication follows PPPFA 2022: 80 points for price, 20 for specific targeted goals.
• No briefing session; procurement governed by General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions.

• Place in sealed envelope clearly marked with BID NUMBER, full description and closing date; deliver to Mbombela Civic Centre tender box at 1 Nel Street, Mbombela 1200.
• Submission via email/fax is not accepted; no briefing session settings (Special Conditions).
• Include MBD forms and other standard documents referenced in the invitation (e.g., MBD1 Part A; Part B; Declaration of interests; PPPFA forms).
