Overview

This tender seeks the supply, delivery and off-loading of HDPE pipes for the City of Mbombela. Eligible bidders are suppliers/service providers with HDPE piping capability, able to meet tax/compliance (TCS) and B-BBEE requirements, and capable of delivering to Mbombela's Municipal Store. Bid responses are valid for 30 days.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate; where applicable, CSD/PIN, or tax status confirmation for e-Filing.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report (not older than 30 days) and registration details for the company and directors.
• Copy of Company Registration Certificate; proof of company registration; certified copies of directors’ IDs.
• B-BBEE: either B-BBEE Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (to claim B-BBEE points).
• Municipal rates and taxes clearance for the bidding entity and each active director; if leased, provide lease with lessor’s rates/taxes; residential/tribal authority proofs acceptable where applicable.
• Compliance documents certified by a Commissioner of Oaths (certified copies not older than 3 months) as specified in the checklist.
• CSD address details must match company registration; all mandatory documents (including IDs, qualifications for key personnel if applicable).
• Preference points: PPPFA 80/20 (80 price, 20 for targeted goals).
• Where relevant, MBD forms and pricing schedule must be completed as part of the bid (MBD 1 Part A/B, MBD7, Pricing Schedule).
