Bidder should be a pipe supplier with delivery/off-loading capabilities for UPVC piping (75mm, 110mm, 160mm, 6 meters, Class-12) and be prepared to work within Mbombela stores. Requirements

• Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN and SARS e-Filing readiness.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report not older than 30 days.
• CSD registration and company registration documents; directors’ IDs.
• Certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; consolidated B-BBEE for JV/consortia where applicable.
• Municipal rates/taxes clearance for the business and all active directors (or proof of tribal residence or lease with lessor’s rates).
• Valid company registration and identity docs for directors; compliance with POPI/other requirements.
• If applicable: COIDA certificate, public liability insurance, and financial statements (AFS/MBD5) as required.
• JV/Consortium: detailed agreement and separate returnable documents per party.
• Completion on the official bid forms (MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1) and the pricing schedule (firm prices).
