Requirements

• Tax and supplier status:
  • Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or equivalent; foreign suppliers use Part B3 questionnaire; separate TCS for consortiums/JVs; CSD number if no TCS.
• Registration and due diligence:
  • Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with a full report (not summary) not older than 30 days.
  • Valid company registration certificate; proof of directors’ identities; copies must be certified.
• B-BBEE:
  • Certified B-BBEE verification certificate or sworn affidavit to claim points.
• Local compliance for directors and premises:
  • Municipal rates and taxes clearance for company and for each active director; if leased, provide lease and lessor’s rates clearance; addresses must match CSD/company records.
• Additional documents:
  • Proof of residence if under tribal authority; CVs and qualifications for key personnel; all certified copies not older than 3 months.
• Evaluation criteria:
