Overview

Supply, delivery and offloading of personal protective clothing (PPE) for Kouga Local Municipality. Open tender targeting PPE suppliers/distributors with capability to provide specified PPE and comply with relevant standards; bidders should have PPE manufacturing/distribution capacity, appropriate certifications (e.g., SANS/ISO), and be able to meet municipal procurement requirements (tax, supplier databases, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Compliance with Tax and Central Database requirements (TCS PIN or CSD No) and up-to-date tax status.
• Registration on Kouga Supplier Database and submission of Central Supplier Database Summary Report.
• BBBEE: valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim points.
• Municipal prerequisites: Municipal billing clearance; certified IDs; latest audited financial statements (last 3 years, if applicable).
• Evidence of prior similar PPE supply (minimum 3 proofs of capacity).
• Supplier/manufacturer agreement letter for PPE; technical data sheets for listed PPE.
• All documents to be completed in ink, original signatures, and submitted as specified (returnable documents).
