Overview

Supply, delivery and offloading of veterinary remedies to the state under transversal RT10-2-2023 for the period ending 30 November 2028. Open-tender by National Treasury for a transversal contract covering nationwide delivery to state facilities. It comprises seven categories (133 line items) including ectoparasiticides, endoparasiticides, antimicrobials, Act 101 medicines, disinfectants, vaccines, and supplementary medicines/consumables. Requirements

• Regulatory and registration compliance:
  • Valid product registrations under Act 36/1947 and Act 101/1965; SAHPRA licensing; SAPC registration where relevant.
  • Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and SARS tax status (tax pin).
• Administrative and bid documentation:
  • Complete SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; TCD 13 and 13.1; TCD 13.2 for third-party undertakings if applicable; CIPC registration; identity documents for owners/directors.
• Technical and pricing:
  • Annexure B Pricing Schedule completed in XLSX; delivered prices all-inclusive; price adjustments in line with CPA rules; 15% fixed, 85% adjustable.
  • Delivery lead times not exceeding 4 weeks; stockholding to meet demand; shelf life 12–24 months.
• Other:
  • Brand adherence, labeling requirements, packaging standards; anti-fronting measures and due-diligence rights.
