Overview

Supply, delivery and renewal of DPME Trend Micro licenses for 36 months. Bidders with Trend Micro accreditation and IT software licensing/maintenance capabilities should consider bidding to support the Department of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (DPME).

Requirements

• Accredited Trend Micro partner/reseller with current certification.
• Up-to-date Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS); if a joint venture, separate TCS/CSD for each party.
• Compliance with standard bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (and SBD 6.2 for local production/content), including BBBEE status verification.
• Evidence of Trend Micro accreditation letter from the bidder and pricing using the Annexure B Excel template; prices must include VAT and be valid as specified (120 days).
• No bids from entities in the State’s service, and willingness to sign an SLA per GCC; comply with PPPFA rules (80/20 or 90/10 as applicable).

• Submission: in a sealed envelope to the tender box at 330 Grosvenor Street, Hatfield, Pretoria; proposals to be clearly marked with the reference.
• Documents to submit: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (and SBD 6.2 if applicable), CSD registration, SARS TCS PIN or CSD number, BBBEE status, Trend Micro accreditation letter, Annexure B with pricing (Excel template). • Pre-qualifications: CSD up-to-date; SARS tax compliance; Trend Micro accredited partner; BBBEE documentation. (From the bid documents: SBDs and ToR Annexures.)
• Briefing: no compulsory briefing session.
