Overview

Supply, Delivery and Servicing of six X6 SHE BINS for six months. Johannesburg Water invites bids from suppliers capable of providing approximately 13-litre bins with lid, delivering to Driefontein WWTW and performing 6-monthly servicing (including waste collection, cleaning, certificates, emergency call-out, and monthly reports) over a 6-month period. Submissions must be via the e-tender portal.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a supplier number.
• Original valid Tax Clearance certificate.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE compliant).
• Municipal rates and taxes statement not older than 90 days in arrears.
• Completed MBD forms: Declaration of Interest (MBD4), Past SCM practices (MBD8), Independent Bid Determination (MBD9), and Preference Points Claim (MBD6.1).
• Company registration documents with IDs of directors/shareholders.
• Quotations on company letterhead and in PDF; include datasheet/certifications as applicable.
• Any JV to be properly signed and documented.
