Overview

Procurement of interactive digital content for Grade 9 across 10 subjects (Lots 1–10). The ICT Authority (Kenya) invites bids for supply, delivery and commissioning of CB curriculum content, for a six-month assignment at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development. Bidding is open to eligible bidders under a two-envelope process (Technical and Financial).

Requirements

• Eligibility per ITB 4 (including JV rules, conflict of interest, and anti-corruption/sanctions compliance).
• Two-envelope bidding: separate Technical and Financial parts; original bid plus copies; non-electronic submission.
• Bid security: Kes 230,000 per lot (or equivalent in convertible currency).
• Language: bids in English (as per BDS).
• Manufacturer authorization or local representation if required; joint venture documentation if applicable.
• Compliance with the World Bank procurement framework and Beneficial Ownership disclosure as per bidding document.

• Prepare two envelopes: Technical Part (with required forms, security, JV docs if any, eligibility/qualifications, conformity) and Financial Part (price schedules).
• Submit by 25 June 2026, 10:00 EAT, to 12th Floor, Telposta Towers, Nairobi; outer envelope labeled “ORIGINAL BID” (no electronic bidding).
• Include Bid Security as specified; for JV, provide Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent.
