Overview

Supply, delivery, implementation, commissioning, support and maintenance of an Integrated ERP solution for the Namibia Training Authority (NTA) for five years, including financial and operational modules. Bidders should have proven ERP deployment experience, with multi-module financial and operations capabilities and the ability to deliver end-to-end implementation and sustained post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Proven ERP deployment experience (multi-module, financial and operational modules)
• End-to-end delivery capability: requirements, design/configuration, data migration, training, go-live, and transition to support
• Ongoing maintenance and support for five years, including upgrades and issue resolution
• Ability to integrate with existing financial/operational systems and ensure data security and compliance
