Procurement of a service provider to supply, deliver, install and commission a grid-tied solar PV system with battery storage at ARC OVR Campus (Residue and EPV Laboratories). Open tender for experienced solar PV installers with CIDB 5EP or higher, capable of delivering about 44-66 kWp PV, ~90 kWh Li‑ion storage, two 100 kW inverters, load partitioning, and future smart-grid readiness. Requirements

• CIDB grading: 5EP or higher; inverter approved to NRS 097-2-1; PE/Tech sign-off; CoC; ability to supervise installation. (Bid Document)
• Technical scope: 44 kWp PV, 80×550 W modules, 90 kWh Li‑ion storage, two 100 kW inverters, battery monitoring, PMU, expansion capability, grid-tied with generator backup, load partitioning for critical vs standard circuits, future smart-grid integration.
• Warranties and standards: 25-year module power warranty (to 80%), 12-year module manufacturing warranty, 10-year inverter warranties, 10-year battery warranty, 10-year mounting structures, 12-month workmanship warranty. • Compliance and procurement: VAT registration, Tax clearance, COIDA, CSD registration, B-BBEE (certificate or sworn affidavit), SBD forms (1, 2, 4, 6.1), pricing schedules, and adherence to GCC and NIP where applicable. (Bid Documents)
