Overview

The Judiciary invites restricted bids for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a cloud-based Anti-DDoS mitigation solution and 1 year of support. Bidders should be cybersecurity/ICT solution providers capable of delivering cloud-based DDoS protection, deployment, integration, and post-implementation support under a one-year contract.

Requirements

• Tender security of Kshs 100,000, valid for 150 days from tender closing.
• Tender validity: 120 days (from closing date).
• Eligibility: no conflict of interest, not debarred, tax clearance if Kenyan, and compliance with Public Procurement rules.
• If not manufacturing the goods, Manufacturer’s Authorization may be required; Joint Venture (if any) must be legally formed with a representative and liability terms.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security/Declaration, Manufacturer Authorization (if applicable), JV Agreement or LOI, tax clearance, and evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods.
• Origin rules: certain ICT-related items should be sourced from Kenya where specified.
• Language: tenders and communications in English.
• Pre-bid meeting: 10 Sept 2026 at 1000hrs (virtual).
• Clarifications: written requests at least 3 days before closing; responses to all bidders.

• Method: sealed envelopes placed in the Tender Box at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi, addressed to Chief Registrar of the Judiciary (Directorate of Supply Chain Management Services).
