Overview

Supply, delivery, installation and connection of remote panic buttons for Bergrivier Municipal officials from date of appointment until 30 June 2027. Open tender by Bergrivier Municipality for a Bluetooth panic-button/security system, with installation and ongoing connection and service. Requirements

• Registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a CSD number (MAAA… on bid submission) and provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or SARS tax clearance. (MN234-2026)
• Original, certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; ability to claim BBBEE points.
• Prices fixed and VAT-inclusive; 120-day bid validity; complete pricing schedules (MBD forms) and GCC/contract forms.
• Bid documents must be submitted on original forms in black ink, in sealed envelope, to the bid box; no fax/email submissions; late bids not considered. Hard-copy documents available for R70.00 from the municipality. (MN234-2026)
• Delivery/installation timeline: start within 7 working days of order, complete within 21 days; penalties of R1000/day for delays.
