Overview

Procurement of a full traffic management system vehicle, including supply, delivery, installation and ongoing support. Open to bidders with traffic management/equipment integration capability and municipal fleet experience. Evaluation follows an 80/20 split (Price vs Specific Goals) and requires standard regulatory and supplier verifications (CSD, tax, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Tax Compliance Status verified on CSD
• Proof of residence for all directors (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of business address (not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment of municipal services for all directors and for business premises (not older than 3 months)
• Specific Goals contribute 20 points; Price contributes 80 points
• Certified BBBEE certificate (or original)
• MFMA Circular 81 compliance; CIPC verification on CSD
• All copies certified and date-stamped (no certified copies of certified copies); no electronic tenders

• Submission method: hard copy, sealed; no electronic/telegraphic tenders
• Documents to submit: returnable documents and tender documents on original form; include required CSD, tax, director and address proofs, BBBEE, and related statements (see above)
