Overview

Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of an above-ground diesel storage tank (12,000 L) for ARC PHP Roodeplaat, including training and handover. The RFQ covers a complete diesel storage solution, with on-site commissioning and delivery to ARC- Plant Health and Protection, PHP Roodeplaat (R573). Requirements

• CSD registration number and full CSD report.
• Claim specific goals (80/20 or 90/10) for preferential points.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Submissions to ramovhat@arc.agric.za.
• Prices in ZAR incl. VAT, including delivery and insurance.
• 5-year structural warranty letter and 12-month standard/paint warranty letter.
• On-site commissioning checklist and related documentation.
• ARC may benchmark prices and conduct due diligence.
