Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Training and Two (2) Year Technical Support for Bungoma County Aggregation Industrial Parks (CAIPs) Coffee Processing Equipment. The State Department for Industry invites qualified bidders to provide a turnkey coffee-processing line, including installation, commissioning, testing, training and two-year technical support for Bungoma CAIPs. Ideal bidders are manufacturers or system integrators with proven experience in industrial coffee processing equipment and after-sales support in Kenya.

Requirements

• Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; no corruption; submit Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; allow entity audits.
• Eligibility: not debarred; no conflict of interest; JV rules; tax clearance; foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from national suppliers.
• Tender security of Kes 2,000,000; tender validity 287 days; English language; origin declarations.
• Plant/installation eligibility: origin declarations and environmental compliance; capacity to supply, install and support.
