Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Training and Two-Year Technical Support for Kwale County Aggregation Industrial Parks Cashew Nuts Processing Equipment. Open to all qualified tenderers with capability in cashew-processing machinery, plant installation, commissioning, training and long-term technical support under Kenyan public-procurement rules.

Requirements

• Open to qualified tenderers; Joint Ventures allowed; compliance with anti-corruption and non-collusion rules; not debarred.
• Tender security: Kes 1,200,000 (form: cash, bank guarantee, or other approved forms).
• Tender language: English; currency: Kenyan Shillings; prices include all taxes.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of contract inputs from Kenyan suppliers.
• Tax clearance certificate or proof of tax compliance required.
• Conformity and eligibility documentation, including JV agreements if applicable, and authorization letters.
