Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Training and Two (2) Year Technical Support for Kiambu County Aggregation Industrial Parks (CAIPs) Coffee Processing Equipment. The State Department for Industry in Kenya issues an Open Tender to qualified bidders to supply and install coffee processing equipment, provide commissioning, testing, training and two-year technical support, in line with national procurement rules. Requirements

• Tender Security: Kes 2,000,000 from a reputable financial institution (as specified in the tender doc).
• Language: English.
• Currency: Kenya Shillings.
• Submission: hard-copy tenders delivered to Nairobi by the deadline; electronic submission not permitted.
• Documentation: complete Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security, JV agreement if applicable, tax clearance, and eligibility/quality evidence as required in the tender documents.
• Tender validity: 287 days from opening.
• Compliance: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act and related fairness/corruption provisions.

• Submit to: Principal Secretary, State Department for Industry, NSSF Building, Bishop Road, Nairobi; Tender Opening at Boardroom, 23rd Floor, NSSF Building (Kenya) (Tender Document).
• Deadline: 23 October 2026 (11:00 A.M.); late tenders will be rejected; open tender process in the presence of representatives (Tender Document).
• Prepare and submit in a sealed inner envelope marked ORIGINAL, with copies in COPIES; include Joint Venture arrangements if applicable and all supporting documents per ITT 11–23 (Tender Document).
• Ensure compliance with eligibility, origin declarations and conformity requirements as detailed in Section III and Section IV of the tender package (Tender Document).
