SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, VALIDATION, AND USER TRAINING FOR A CONTINUOUS FLOW ANALYSER (CFA)

Procurement of a fully automated Continuous Flow Analyser (CFA) system, including supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, validation and user training for laboratory use by the Western Cape Department of Agriculture. Bidders should be qualified suppliers of analytical instrumentation with CFA installation/maintenance experience, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance support, and capable of providing local SA service with a 24-month warranty and 10 years of after-sales support. Mandatory requirements include CSD registration, SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS), BBBEE status documentation, a Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter, and at least two references. The contract covers FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ, method validation, SOPs, calibration certificates, and traceability documentation.
