Overview

KNH seeks bids for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a perimeter firewall for Kenyatta National Hospital. Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 (anti-corruption declarations) and Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility rules for joint ventures, conflict-of-interest, and restrictions on public officers’ participation.
• Foreign bidders: minimum 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; nationality and subcontracting rules.
