Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of security screening equipment for Kenyatta National Hospital. Eligible bidders are those with experience in security screening systems, installation and commissioning, and able to meet Kenyan public procurement rules (including anti-corruption declarations, tax Compliance, and local-content requirements).

Requirements

• Compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and integrity declarations; no debarment.
• Eligibility and qualifications as per Section III (including JV rules if applicable) and no conflicts of interest.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs locally; provide evidence in tender.
• Tax compliance certificate or exemption evidence.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration as specified (forms available in the tender documents).
• Conformity to tender documents and completeness of required forms (Form of Tender, Activity Schedule, JV documents if any).
• Currency for tenders is Kenya Shillings; prices must reflect all duties and taxes as of the specified date.
