Overview

This RFQ seeks the supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of smart signage displays for NRWDI, including two 75-inch displays for the boardrooms and related accessories and services. Bidders should have AV supply/installation capability and experience integrating displays with Yealink VC gear and Microsoft Teams, with relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) and compliance (BBBEE, CSD, tax). Requirements

• Fully quote according to the price table and scope; submit before RFQ closing and to the correct email.
• Provide at least two reference letters from different clients for multimedia equipment.
• Submit ID copies of owners/directors and relevant registration (CIPC/CSD) documents; include BBBEE certificate or affidavit; indicate ISO status.
• Ensure tax matters are in order and not listed on restricted/tender defaulter registers; complete SBD forms (SBD 4 & 6.1).
• Documentation must support claimed specific goals (see 4.2–4.3): proof for Black-owned and Women-owned status (Shareholder certificates, IDs, BBBEE, CSD, etc.).
