SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF A DOUBLE-SIDED OUTDOOR LED DISPLAY SCREEN

Overview

The Matatiele Local Municipality seeks to supply, deliver, install, maintain and operate a double-sided outdoor LED display screen. Bidders with experience in AV signage, outdoor LED installations, electrical works and maintenance, plus compliance capabilities (CSD, local-content, PPPFA) should bid.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with full report.
• Completed MBD packages (MBD 3.3, 4, 6.1, 8 & 9 and 6.2) and local content requirements (100% for steel products and construction components).
• Ethics Commitment Form; Authority to Sign Form.
• Prices quoted must be firm and inclusive of VAT; Joint Ventures agreements where applicable.
• Compliance with Matatiele SCM Policy, PPPFA Act No.5 of 2000 and Section 217 of the Constitution.
• Demonstrated ownership criteria for PPPFA 80/20 evaluation (HDI, Youth, Women, Disability, Rural Enterprises).
• Note: Two-phase evaluation — Phase 1 Functionality (100 points); Phase 2 80/20 evaluation (PPPFA), with a minimum functionality threshold (80 points).
