Overview

Beaufort West Municipality invites qualified service providers to supply, deliver, install, maintain and service fire protection and fire fighting equipment for a period of 3 years. Bidders should have relevant experience in fire protection equipment installation and servicing and will be evaluated under the 80/20 preferential procurement system, with specific local and B-BBEE goals.

Requirements

• Evaluation: 80 points for price; 20 points for specific goals (B-BBEE status and local enterprise promotion WC053).
• Specific goals: B-BBEE status level; promotion of enterprises located in the municipal area (WC053).
• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Documentation and delivery: bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes; late or non-compliant bids will not be accepted; bids opening in Committee Room.
