Overview

Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Hygiene Services Equipment for City of Johannesburg/Johannesburg Water. The RFQ covers the supply and delivery of hygiene equipment and related installation/commissioning services, including 12x hand soap dispensers, 12x hand paper towel dispensers, 12x auto air freshener dispensers, 12x seat sanitizer spray dispensers and 12x pedal bin/“she bins,” with pricing on a firm basis and taxes included. Requirements

• Submission of Joint Venture agreements if applicable
• Tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, populated MBDs (4, 8, 9, 6.1), CSD Supplier registration, and company registration documents with directors’ IDs
• Proof of municipal rates in arrears not older than 90 days; Declaration of Interest; and other returnable documents as listed in the bid package
