Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery, installation of security fence and bundwall construction for mini-substations at OR Tambo International Airport for 12 months. Open to contractors with CIDB 3GB+ and NEC3 ECC3 experience in construction projects of this scale.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 3GB or higher.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN (via e-Filing) or a printed TCS certificate; separate TCS for JV/consortia; if on CSD, provide CSD number.
• Returnable documents: fully completed Form of Offer and Acceptance, Schedule of Deviations, pricing data, and other standard returnables; include original + one copy + electronic copy per tender data.
• Pre-qualification and registrations: proof of CIDB grade, tax compliance status, and B-BBEE documentation as applicable; provide proof of foreign supplier status if relevant.
• Compulsory briefing and site inspection: attend briefing (15 Jul 2026, 10:00) and site inspection immediately after.
• Insurance and performance bond: provide a 10% performance bond; comply with insurance requirements per contract data.
• Pricing: prices fixed for the contract duration; no contract price adjustments.
• Completion timeline: seven months from starting date; ensure programs and project controls meet this expiry.
