Overview

Procurement of a turnkey 15-kL sectional steel water storage tank for the Johannesburg City Hall Basement. The Gauteng Legislature invites qualified contractors to design (where required), supply, deliver, install, test and commission the tank and associated civil/mechanical/plumbing/electrical works to provide emergency water to the basement ablution facilities. Relevant bidders should hold CIDB at least 1ME/1SO (per addendum) or higher and have registration/colicies required for a turnkey project.

Requirements

• CIPC registration certificate; SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (valid at closing).
• COIDA Letter of Good Standing (where applicable).
• Completed and signed SBD 3.3 and Pricing Schedule; Bidder’s Disclosure (SBD 4); Preference Point Claim form (SBD 6.1).
• Proof of registration with CSD and SARS PIN; copies of full company registration documents; SA IDs for shareholders; company profile.
• Evidence of authorisation by the equipment manufacturer/distributor for the proposed tank.
• Declaration of Interest and any SCM returnable schedules.
