SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A CAMERA HEAD FOR THE LAPARASCOPIC TOWER

Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a camera head for the laparoscopic tower. Open tender by Kwale County Government’s Health Services department. Suitable for suppliers of surgical imaging equipment and related services with installation, commissioning and training capabilities; electronic submission is accepted.

Requirements

• Form of Tender and Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture documents if applicable; Manufacturer's Authorization if required; authorization to sign; qualifications and eligibility evidence; origin/equipment conformity documents; and serialization of all tender pages (as per ITT requirements).
• Tax clearance certificate (Kenyan bidders) and compliance with relevant procurement acts (IF ITT requires).
• Goods eligibility and conformity evidence to Section VII Schedule of Requirements.
• Submission in English with all pages serialised and sealed as instructed (see TENDER DOCUMENT).

• Briefing/clarification: A pre-tender conference may be held per the TDS; minutes and clarifications to all bidders; attendance not necessarily mandatory (per ITT 6).
