Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a digital X-ray machine for Kiunga Health Center. Bidders should be qualified medical imaging equipment suppliers or turnkey installers capable of installation, calibration, commissioning and initial maintenance, compliant with Kenyan public procurement rules. Requirements

• Tender security of Ksh 180,000, valid 150 days. Forms of security include cash, bank guarantee, or approved insurer.
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, anti-corruption and competition rules; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility: not debarred; no conflicts of interest; and, if applicable, Manufacturer's Authorization and local representation; tax clearance certificate.

• Prices fixed in Kenyan Shillings; tender validity 120 days; PPCBL 0.03%; unit/discrete pricing per Schedule.
