Overview

Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of one 25 KW in-row cooling unit. Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) invites suitably qualified HVAC/refrigeration service providers to quote for supplying one Axil 25 kW in-row cooling unit (or equivalent), delivering to the nominated site, installing copper piping and drainage, brackets and all items for a complete installation, and providing start-up tests and handover documentation. Bidders should have HVAC/refrigeration installation capability and hold the required certifications; include two client reference letters.

Requirements

• Axil Gold Partner Certificate (valid)

• Refrigeration Industrial Trade Test Certification (valid)

• Gas License CatB (valid)

• Authorized Gas Practitioner Certification (valid)

• Two reference letters for similar work (client letterhead, dated, signed)

• Company registration document or MUT vendor registration number

• Valid Tax certificate and PIN

• Optional: CSD MAAA number; BBBEE certificate

• Compliance: Pricing must be firm; VAT 15% included; 90-day bid validity; no advance payments; MUT may award in whole/part; deliver all scope items including piping, drainage, brackets, start-up checks, and handover.

• Pre-qualifications: Valid Axil Gold Partner Certificate; Refrigeration Trade Test; Gas Licences; Tax clearance; CSD and BBBEE as applicable.

• Note: Prices must be firm and inclusive of taxes; payment terms are 30 days after valid invoice; 90-day bid validity; MUT may award in whole/part and is not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
