Overview

Procurement of supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of a Biplane Digital Angiography System (Biplane Cath Lab) for Kenyatta National Hospital. Open to medical equipment suppliers, system integrators and service providers with experience in interventional radiology cath labs, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance; must meet Kenyan public procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: no involvement of public officers; no conflicts of interest; not debarred by PPRA; bidders may compete as a JV with joint and several liability.
• JV arrangements: if a joint venture is formed, provide Joint Venture Agreement or a letter of intent with a signed agreement; maximum number of JV members as per TDS; representative authorized to act on behalf of the JV.
• Manufacturer's authorization: if the bidder does not manufacture the goods, provide Manufacturer's Authorization.
• Local registrations and taxes: current Kenya Revenue Authority tax clearance certificate (or exemption); other registrations as defined in the TDS.
• Conformity and eligibility of goods: provide evidence of conformity to technical specifications; country-of-origin declarations; spare parts list and sources; adherence to Section VII Schedule of Requirements.
• Post-qualification: meet the qualification criteria in Section III; not associated with entities that prepared tender documents.

• Submission method: tenders submitted in a single sealed envelope/package/container (Original and Copies) to KNH Supply Chain Management Department - Entrance; follow ITT 20-21 procedures (electronic submission only if allowed by TDS).
