Overview

Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of Ultrasound Machine for Witu Sub-County Hospital. Open national tender inviting qualified Kenyan suppliers of medical imaging equipment to bid for the end‑to‑end provision, including installation and commissioning, with after‑sales support plus training as applicable. Requirements

• Tender security: KSh 100,000; valid for 150 days.
• Tender validity: 120 days.
• Submissions via IFMIS system only (manual submissions not allowed).
• Prices in Kenyan Shillings plus 0.03% Public Procurement Capacity Building Levy; inclusive of all taxes.
• Documents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Joint Venture (if any), Manufacturer Authorization (where required), tax clearance, and evidence of eligibility and conformity to technical specs.
• Compliance with anti‑corruption and competitive‑fairness rules (including Certificate of Independent Tender Determination).
• Enquiries in writing; addenda/clarifications published on the portals; pre‑tender conference not held (if applicable).
