Overview

Procurement of the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a V6 Classic Series 75-inch interactive touch screen display system (one unit) for Abaqulusi Local Municipality. Suitable bidders are providers of AV/ICT display systems with installation, configuration, testing, training and warranty support capabilities; must meet local sourcing and supplier registration requirements (CSD, SARS tax clearance/PIN, BBBEE, experience with similar projects).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration and full supplier data documentation.
• Valid company registration, SARS PIN or Tax Clearance certificate; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; recent water/electricity/rates proof.
• Manufacturer authorization and evidence of relevant experience; reference letters for similar projects.
• Identity documents for directors/owners; proof of electrical installation competency where applicable; public liability insurance.
• Complete all relevant Municipal Bidding Documents (MBDs) and submit with bid.
• No bids from persons in the state service; comply with GCC and PPPFA rules.
• Foreign bidders must complete the pre-award SARS questionnaire; TCS/PIN where applicable.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 05 August 2026 at 12:00. Late bids will not be considered.
• Submission method: sealed bid deposited in the bid box at the ground floor, corner High Street and Mark Street, Vryheid.
• Documents to complete/submit: official bid response on provided forms (MBD2, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.x, MBD8, MBD9) including tax/compliance proof and vendor information (as per document package).
• Pre-qualifications/registrations: CSD registration; SARS Tax Clearance PIN; BBBEE certification; valid municipal account; proof of experience and references.
