Overview

This RFQ seeks the supply and delivery of analytical services for grape skin and grape juice analyses (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) for ARC Nietvoorbij, with the laboratory within 30 km of Nietvoorbij. Bidders should be able to provide lab-based analyses for 25 grape skin samples and 25 grape juice samples, located at ARC Infruitec-Nietvoorbij (Klapmuts Road, Stellenbosch).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number and full CSD report to be submitted.
• Bidder must claim specific goals (HDI ownership, Women ownership, PwD, Youth, Rural promotion, BEE level) for 20 preference points.
• Complete and sign Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms and submit with the bid.
• Delivery to ARC-Infruitec-Nietvoorbij; ensure specified 30 km radius condition.
• Include warranty/guarantee details; provide evidence of relevant experience for services.
• Written quotation via email to the ARC as instructed; include pricing for the two analyses.
• Priced quotations evaluated on 80/20 (price 80, specific goals 20); include documentation to support preference claims.
• Prices must be in Rand, VAT inclusive, with delivery/insurance/TAX included; indicate delivery date.
• ARC may require due diligence and price benchmarking; standard NT and ARC terms apply (SBDs must be submitted).

• Documents to submit: Completed SBD forms; CSD registration and full report; SBD4 disclosure; SBD6.1 Preference Points Claim Form; pricing proposal for 25 grape skin samples and 25 grape juice samples; any warranty/experience documentation.
• Required registrations: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (and report) as a precondition.
• Briefing session: Not compulsory (COMPULSORY SITE BRIEFING: No).
