Overview

Supply and delivery of computer equipment and peripheral devices for a period of three years. Polokwane Municipality invites bids from ICT hardware suppliers to supply and deliver computer equipment and peripherals for three years, subject to SCM policies; no bids from entities in the service of the state. Requirements

• Complete and sign all required bid forms; where applicable, joint venture agreements.
• Brand name must be specified on pricing; items to be SABS approved; ISO 9001:2015 certificate required; manufacturer warranty.
• Brand/site installation: bidder to install projector and projector screen when needed.
• Accreditation: only bidders registered with the relevant professional body will be considered (where applicable).
• No bids via email/Internet; bids must be deposited in the official bid box.
• 80/20 evaluation: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals; 90-day bid validity; lowest bid not guaranteed.
