Overview

Supply and Delivery of Corporate Uniforms for Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI). This is an open, international tender inviting apparel/textile suppliers to bid. Suitable bidders include garment/textile manufacturers and uniform suppliers with capacity to supply uniforms under Incoterms 2020, deliver by the required dates, and meet the tender’s eligibility, ethical, and security requirements. Joint ventures/consortia allowed; government-owned enterprises may participate if autonomous and commercial.

Requirements

• Legal capacity to contract; no insolvency, receivership, bankruptcy, or winding up; not suspended; compliant with tax and social security obligations.
• Nationality/eligibility: bidder and parties must be from eligible country; no conflict of interest.
• Manufacturer authorization to supply in Eswatini (if not the manufacturer).
• Signed Code of Ethical Conduct for Tenderers and Providers.
• Tender Security or Tender Securing Declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TD S); validity through contract award period.
• Eligibility and documentary evidence as required (including samples, origin, conformity, and qualifications).
• Tenderers may bid in JV/consortia with joint and several liability.
• No pre-bid meeting; samples and documentation as per the Statement of Requirements.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 13 November 2026 at 10:00 local time (SAST); extensions may be issued via addenda. Clarifications by 30 October 2026 16:45 GMT.
• Submission: sealed tenders to ENHI Tender Board, Switchboard Window, Manzini; ORIGINAL + copies as required; clearly marked and delivered before the deadline (Tender opening 13 November 2026 at 10:00).
• Documents to submit: Tender Submission Sheet, Price Schedules, Manufacturer Authorization Form, Tender Security or Securing Declaration (as applicable), power of attorney, evidence of eligibility and origin, conformity/evidence against the Statement of Requirements, Ethical Code, samples (30cm x 30cm) with data sheets, catalogue, delivery/work plans, company/manufacturing profile, and related documentation (as specified in the Tender Document).
• Bid documents and info sources: ESPPRA and ENHI websites; tender documents available from 5 October 2026 for a non-refundable fee of E500. (Tender Document)
• Briefing/site visit: none required. Incoterms: DDP; currency: SZL; evaluation will be in SZL with no margin of preference unless stated (Tender Document).
