Overview

Supply & delivery of farming equipment to the Agricultural Research Council at Clarkson Heuningbos, Eastern Cape (RFQ INF012607RFQ12). The procurement covers secateurs, petrol soil tiller, FS 410 petrol brush cutter, plus delivery to Clarkson Heuningbos. Bidders should be farming-equipment suppliers with capability to meet ARC specs, provide datasheets, and comply with ARC procurement rules.

Requirements

• Mandatory administrative documents: CK registration, valid BEE, valid tax pin, completed specification list, and Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.

• Technical/commercial: provide datasheet/catalogue for quoted machinery; delivery to ARC address; specify warranty/guarantee terms.
• Pricing: quotes must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, and delivery; no price adjustments after submission.
• Evaluation: apply 80/20 (or 90/10) preference rules; provide proof for specific goals (HDI, women, youth, PwD ownership, BEE level, SMME promotion).
• Documents to submit with quotation: all required SBD forms, specification checklist, CSD report, tax pin, and delivery terms.
