Overview

Procurement: Supply & Delivery of Firefighting Equipment & Medical Consumables for a period ending 30 June 2029. Suitable bidders are suppliers of firefighting equipment and medical consumables who can meet municipal procurement requirements, including BBBEE and local procurement considerations (CSD registration required).

Requirements

• Tender documents must be completed in accordance with the tender conditions.
• Submit in a sealed envelope, externally endorsed with the Tender Number, Description & Closing Date; envelope width/length must not exceed 4.5 cm by 31.5 cm.
• Tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Bitou Municipality SCM Unit (address above).
• Only the Municipality-issued Tender Documents may be used.
• If not registered, bidders must join the Accredited Supplier Database (CSD).
• Evaluation will consider Price (80) and Specific Goals (20): BBBEE status level contributor and Promotion of Local Area Enterprises.
• Validity period: 120 days.
• The Municipality may reject any tender or not appoint the lowest tender.

• Non-refundable printed document fee: R150.65.
