Overview

This Open Tender seeks the supply and delivery of fresh bread, milk, meat on bones and maize flour to Machakos Teachers College. It is open to all qualified bidders (including AGPO-registered SMEs), with potential for multiple lots for the 2026/2027 year. Submissions close on 20 July 2026.

Requirements

• Open national tender; compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligible Tenderers and JV rules; no conflicts of interest; eligibility and qualifications as per Section III.
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; security validity beyond tender validity.
• Goods and related services must meet eligibility and conformity proof; tax clearance where required; Manufacturer’s Authorization if applicable.
• Kenyan origin sourcing required for certain items; compliance with environmental/standards where stated.

• Submit: hard copy tenders to Machakos Teachers College, Boardroom, P.O. Box 124-90100 Machakos, by 20 July 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Late tenders are rejected.
