Overview

Supply & delivery of an ICA 9A Oxygen Analyser Cell to ARC Infruitec-Nietvoorbij; suitable for suppliers of laboratory instrumentation with Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and the ability to meet Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) requirements and preferential procurement criteria.

Requirements

• CSD registration: provide CSD number and full CSD report.
• Specific goals: claim points and provide supporting documentation for HDI ownership, ownership by women, youth, PwD, rural RDP entities, and BEE status (using the 80/20 framework; 20 points total).
• Signed Standard Bidding Documents: submit SBD forms as part of the bid (SBD4 and SBD6.1 as applicable).
• Submission contact: email bid proposal to MgudlwaQ@arc.agric.za.
• Warranty/guarantee: clearly state period and extent; provide service documentation if applicable.
• Pricing: quotes in ZAR, VAT inclusive, including delivery and related costs; no price adjustments after submission.
• ARC rights: due diligence and price benchmarking; ARC may accept or reject terms.
• Official format: quotes on official letterhead and duly signed.
• Ordering: goods/services to be supplied upon ARC purchase order.
